What products do you use?

We use premium grade Petway products, Secret Weapon and Under Water Dog. They are naturally based, pH balanced and soap free and provide us with  a deep yet gentle cleanse. They smell delicious, too! These products are Australian made and bio-degradable.

Can I make recurring bookings?

Absolutely. We strongly recommend this to keep your dog's coat in healthy maintainable condition.

Are you taking new customers?

We are open to new customers. 
We are unable to take new dogs over 35kg, Cobber dogs and Samoyeds.

Can I leave my dog with you for the day?

No. We are appointments only. Drop off is required at the time of your booking and your dog must be picked up within 45 minutes of notification that they are ready.

We love dogs up to 35kg.

Can I cancel the appointment before is starts?

You can cancel your appointment anytime up until 24 hours prior to your booking. If your appointment is canceled within 24 hours, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

My dog is anxious. Can I stay for the groom?

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot have our dog parents in our grooming room.  Backstreet Espresso and Kenrose Bakery are both nearby, so let us take care of your pup while you enjoy a coffee or sweet treat!

No, Highly not recommended. Grooming can be stressful and its not worth putting a un-born litter through it.

Absolutely, The Trusty Dog Wash has a dedicated van that is all set up to securely transport your dog either to The Trusty Dog Wash or to your regular vet.
