We use premium grade Petway products and Under Water Dog. They are naturally based, pH balanced and soap free and provide us with a deep yet gentle cleanse. They smell delicious, too! These products are Australian made and bio-degradable.
Absolutely. We strongly recommend this to keep your dog's coat in healthy maintainable condition.
We are open to new customers.
We are unable to take new dogs over 35kg, Cobber dogs and Samoyeds.

No. We are appointments only. Drop off is required at the time of your booking and your dog must be picked up within 45 minutes of notification that they are ready.

Yes, we take card payments over the phone.
You can cancel your appointment anytime up until 24 hours prior to your booking. If your appointment is canceled within 24 hours, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot have our dog parents in our grooming room. Backstreet Espresso and Kenrose Bakery are both nearby, so let us take care of your pup while you enjoy a coffee or sweet treat!
NO. Not anymore.
Only for current customers and if we know the dog very well. Special arrangements must be made. If a dog is booked in for an appointment and is pregnant without our knowledge, they will be turned away.
